EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY:
We are thrilled you placed an order with us and want you to be equally thrilled with your order. If something isn't right, if you aren't entirely pleased with the fit, color, or style, simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your receipt. For the holidays, we extend our 30 day return policy to allow for gift giving season and ask that you simply return the unwanted, unworn merchandise by January 15th.

 

The items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. Original condition means that the item is returned in the same condition it was received. We understand the need to try products on; however, no signs of wear should be incurred by simply determining proper fitting. All shoes and accessories must be unused, have original labels attached, and be in their original box with tissue paper/wrapping. If these terms and conditions are not met lillybee reserves the right to deny the return or charge a 15% restocking fee.  Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping.

 

EXCHANGES are FREE: |  Generate Return Label

All exchanges shipping from the contiguous 48 States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded) are FREE! To expedite the shipment of your exchange (so you get the size you need as soon as possible), please place a new order for the color/size that you need. This way if the item is in stock, we can ship it out in short order. If you live in the contiguous 48 States, please send back the pair that was too big/small by using our prepaid shipping label (click here), which we will treat that as a return/refund and will promptly credit your original form of payment as soon as the return is received for the full value you paid for the item (assuming it is has not been used or damaged). If you live outside the US or in Hawaii or Alaska, please return under your own accord and we will issue you a credit upon receipt. 

 

RETURNS are EASY: |  Generate Return Label

All returns shipping from the contiguous 48 States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded) are FREE! For such returns, please send unused merchandise to the address below and we will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned.  You are welcome to use our Prepaid Return shipping label, (click here). You can also elect to use your own method of returning the shoes, but return shipping charges you incur will not be refunded. The same applies if you live outside the US or in Hawaii or Alaska. Additionally, items purchased during certain sales (those specifically identified as such) are returnable for store credit only.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
Thank you for shopping with lillybee, an online boutique that prides itself in selling exceptional shoes & accessories, and providing exceptional customer service. We value your business and hope you'll shop with us again. If in the event that you recently received a product that is currently on sale on Lillybee.com, we are pleased to offer price adjustments.  Simply contact us within 14 days of shipment (i.e., 14 days from when the product shipped from us to you). We're happy to extend the sale price to you and credit you for the difference.

 

Please note that we cannot extend price adjustments for any purchases not made directly at Lillybee.com. Similarly, we cannot accept returns for products not purchased at Lillybee.com.
